Occipital Structure Sensor – 3D scanner for iPad air

The Structure Sensor is a portable 3D scanner that easily latches on your iPad air tablet. It has a 3D depth-sensing camera that can capture the dimensional details of anything in an entire room. The mobile app translates date from the sensor to create 3D models with high-resolution texture. It can do a quick 3D scan of objects and people and can 3D map interior spaces for large-scale reconstruction.
The captured scale-accurate 3D objects can be played with using the Occipital Bridge Engine and Structure SDK. This is very handy for animated film creators and programmers since they can easily transition real 3D objects to use in VR environments.

It has a built-in battery that can last up to 4 hours of 3D scanning without draining your iPad’s power.
